Designed by famed architect C. Emlen Urban, the building remains remarkably intact, changing little from its original design and construction. In spirit with the preservation of the historic structure, the building has continued to provide a space for education and community enrichment. It now serves the community both as a place of worship and a place to educate.
The Strawberry Street School was the first of many schools constructed by Wohlsen Construction.
