Wohlsen’s Delaware Valley Operations Team Expands

As a result of continued growth in the Delaware Valley region, Wohlsen Construction Company is pleased to announce four new teammates that have joined the firm. These construction professionals will perform on recently awarded and currently in-progress projects in the region.

David Bravo, Senior Project Manager

David Bravo joins the team as senior project manager, continuing his thirty-year-long career in the construction industry. Having completed several successful multi-million-dollar projects in the Greater Philadelphia region, Bravo brings valuable experience to Brandywine Realty Trust’s 500 Gulph Road project and to the Kaplan All American Assisted Living facility. He is a graduate of Ursinus College and has a LEED AP BD+C certification. Bravo, an assistant scoutmaster for a local Boy Scout troop, lives in West Chester, PA with his wife, Susan, and two children.

Gerald Szczerba, Superintendent

Also joining the team is Gerald Szczerba of Wilmington, DE, who will serve as the superintendent on Capitol One’s Ben Franklin Renovation project. Nearly four decades ago, Szczerba began his career as a carpentry apprentice, quickly advancing to field leadership roles. He has vast experience in completing projects for a variety of high-profile clients, and has a variety of industry and safety-related certifications including ICRA and OSHA 30-Hour.

Jeff Kozianowski, Project Manager

Jeff Kozianowski has joined the Wohlsen team as project manager for the Kaplan All American Assisted Living facility. He began his career in the construction industry 24 years ago upon completing his Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the Spring Garden College. Throughout his                                                career, he has successfully completed several large, complex construction projects in many markets.

Ana Collins, Project Engineer

In addition, Ana Collins is joining the team as project engineer for Atria Lafayette Hill. Collins brings eight years of construction experience to the Wohlsen team, having previously served on several large, multi-million-dollar oil and gas projects. She received her Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and received a Project Management Certification from the University of Delaware.
