Masonic Village at Elizabethtown – Grand Lodge Hall Phase 2 – Additions & Renovations

Preconstruction and construction management services for the renovations to the occupied historic Grand Lodge – the senior living campus’ hub. The upgrades increased residential dining options and provide activity and learning space to gather and socialize. The new dining options include:

• 74-seat menu service restaurant
• 82-seat casual cafe with a buffet, cook-to-order stations, and à la carte items
• 33-seat tavern
• 32-seat open-air dining terrace featuring garden views, a fire pit, and space for live music

In addition, the building’s “Main Street” corridor underwent several improvements including:

• Updates to the library
• Addition of a multi-media room which features learning space, computers, and televisions
• Updates to three studios housing arts, crafts, and baking
• Expansion to the thrift store
• Renovations to the hair salon
