Messiah University – Sollenberger Sports Center

Preconstruction and construction services for the additions and renovations to the Sollenberger Sports Complex including:

• 20,000 sq. ft. fitness center addition with free weight and cardio areas and group fitness room
• 12,180 sq. ft. two-court gymnasium addition
• 3,050 sq. ft. offices and training rooms
• 27,715 sq. ft. of wood court flooring with bleachers, scoreboard and AV systems for the Hitchcock Arena
• 2,185 sq. ft. of stadium seating into the Natatorium
• Home and visitor locker rooms
• Wrestling room expansion
• 42 covered parking spaces
• Extension of and new mechanical and electrical systems for the additions
• Access control systems, communication systems and building control systems

This building is the hub of Messiah University’s Student Enhancement Project which improves the student experience and integrates efficient and environmentally conscious energy sources throughout the campus.
