Preconstruction and construction management services were provided to complete a major addition and renovation to an occupied healthcare center while maintaining ongoing operations.
Executing the project required relocating frail and elderly residents over a four year period as construction work progressed through the facility. Planning and communication were critical elements to the success of the project.The scope included:
- Demolition and construction of three assisted living wings
- Renovation of existing skilled nursing wings
- Community room/Auditorium
- Underground parking garage
