We value our relationships with subcontractors and suppliers, and continuously seek ways Wohlsen can assist you in participating on our projects.
Our web-based Plan Room is a tool for subcontractors and suppliers to view and download plans, as well as learn more about projects we are bidding.
If you have already registered, please click the Login icon to be transferred to the login page. Your user name and password are located at the top of an Invitation to Bid or Addendum / Bid Notice from Wohlsen.
If you have forgotten your password, please click on the Login icon to be redirected to the login page where a “Forgot Your Password?” link can be used to retrieve this information.
If you have not received an Invitation to Bid / Bid Notice from Wohlsen or have not previously registered for our website, please click on the Register icon and fill out a short form to register as a subcontractor or supplier. Someone from our office will be in contact with you and forward a Prequalification Form.
