    • A comprehensive medical plan provided by Highmark Blue Shield.
    • Choose between a Standard PPO Plan or a cost savings High Deductible Health Plan with Health Savings Account (HSA).

    • Basic coverage voluntary insurance for the teammates and their dependents can be purchased through payroll deduction.
    • Option to purchase enhanced benefits or coverage for dependents through Guardian. 
  • Vision
    • Coverage through Highmark, using the Davis Vision Network.
  •  Prescription
    • Managed by Optum RX, with retail and mail-order pharmacy benefits.
    • A free 90-day maintenance drug benefit is available through Alera RX that covers over 250+ brand name prescription drugs.

  • Paid Time Off (PTO)
    • Offered to regular full-time team members and is based on length of service and employment status.
    • Earned annually on anniversary date.
    • May carry over a maximum of 40 hours of unused time into the next calendar year.
  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
    • Administered by WellSpan.
    • No-cost, confidential sessions.
    • Available 24-hours-day, seven days a week
    • Team members and their dependents are eligible for six annual counseling sessions with WellSpan.

  • Retirement
    • Team members may contribute to the retirement program via 401(k) salary deferrals.
    • May contribute the maximum allowed by the IRS.
    • 50% company match on the first 4% of employee deferrals.
    • Eligible to contribute and receive the company match after 30 days of employment.
    • Fully vested for the company match after five years of service.
  •  Health Saving Account (HSA)
    • Set aside tax-favored money to pay for your qualified health care expenses.
    • Fund account through pre-tax payroll deduction or by making after-tax contributions.
    • If you enroll in the HSA Plan and open an HSA with Health Equity, Wohlsen Construction will contribute money to your account over the course of the year.
  • Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account (FSA)
    • Administered by Highmark.
    • Used to reimburse expenses related to the care of eligible dependents.
    • Save money by paying dependent care expenses on a pre-tax basis.
    • Pay zero taxes on the money you put in the account, which means more take-home pay for you.
  •  Life & Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance
    • All eligible teammates are automatically covered, at no cost, by the group life insurance and accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) insurance plans.
    • Life insurance covering up to 1x annual earnings, up to a maximum benefit of $100,000, is provided at no cost to all full-time Wohlsen teammates through Guardian Insurance.
    • If you enroll in one of these individual plans, you can keep your coverage with Wohlsen Construction or retire.
  •  Disability Insurance
    • Full-time team members are provided with short-term disability income benefits, at no cost.
    • In the event you become disabled from a non-work-related injury or sickness, disability income benefits valued up to 60% of your earnings are provided.
  •  Profit-Sharing
    • Profit-sharing plan which is a 100% company-funded retirement benefit.
    • Investments are in company stock and other funds.
    • Annual, company discretionary contributions and the fund’s investment earnings are credited to your account.
    • Fully vested in the plan after six years of service.
  •  Tuition Assistance
    • All regular full-time team members, after eligibility period, are eligible to participate.
    • Fifty percent of out-of-pocket tuition expense will be eligible for reimbursement, up to a maximum of $3,000 per team member per calendar year.
