Wohlsen Expands Maryland Team

Due to continued growth in the Baltimore region, Wohlsen Construction Company is pleased to announce the addition of a new senior project manager and a project manager to the Maryland team.

Craig Smith joins the team as a senior project manager for Springwell Senior Living Community project. Bringing over 36 years of experience managing all aspects of construction projects, he is a valued addition to our team. Smith holds an Associates of Art/Architecture and Engineering from Catonsville Community College. Passionate about the industry, he is a member of Washington Building Congress, District of Columbia Building Industry Association, and Associated Builders and Contractors of Metro Washington and Virginia. Smith’s industry expertise was recognized as Project Manager of the Year by the D.C Metropolitan Subcontractors Association.

Mike Zudic joins the team as a project manager for the University of Maryland Medical System Administrative Support Services Building project. Prior to his career in construction Zudic filled a variety of leadership roles while serving six years in the United States Air Force, where he also obtained a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. He began his construction career as an assistant project manager, quickly advancing to a project manager and has experience working on projects ranging in value from $5 thousand to over $50 million. Zudic will be tasked with planning, organizing, and managing resources to bring about the successful completion of the construction phase of Wohlsen’s projects.
