Wohlsen Grows Pennsylvania Special Projects Group

Wohlsen Construction Company is pleased to welcome two new construction professionals to the Pennsylvania Special Projects Group; James Carpenter as superintendent and Stephen Figard as project manager.

James Carpenter of Bloomsburg, PA joins the team as a superintendent, continuing his 33-year long career in the construction industry. His previous experience in roles such as facilitator, project supervisor, project manager, and superintendent, will enable him to successfully lead and direct the efforts in the field for Wohlsen’s special projects group. Carpenter holds and Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Kutztown University and is OSHA 30 certified.

Also joining the team is Stephen Figard of Elizabethtown, PA, who will serve as project manager. His career in construction began 25 years ago as an estimator. Since, he has held numerous roles as project manager, enabling him to bring valuable managerial and technical experience to the special projects group. Figard holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Nyack College and is OSHA 30 certified.
