Project Description

Preconstruction and construction management services for upgrades to three buildings on an occupied campus.

Walton Hall
Selective demolition and renovations to the campus’s active student union, dining hall, and chapel built in 1913.

Upgrades were made to Walton Hall’s Commuter Lounge, corridors, stairways, and the Walton Lounge, which includes new floors and a masonry fireplace.

Kea and Guffin Halls
Selective demolition and renovations to two attached student dormitory buildings which remained occupied throughout the construction.

Upgrades, including ceiling and floor replacements and painting, were made to the halls’ cafes, kitchens, dining rooms, and lounges.
