Project Description
Preconstruction and construction management services for the roof addition to an active loading dock on a laboratory campus including:
- Concrete sawcutting and demolition
- Creation of concrete piers and foundations
- Steel structure, metal seam roof, and prefabricated wall panels
- Installation of innovative skylights
- New electrical and lighting work
As construction is being conducted while the dock is in use, collaboration with faculty and staff to coordinate deliveries and maintain safety is constantly required.
Security clearances, badging, and restricted access are also implemented.
