Project Description
Preconstruction and construction management services for the renovations to the occupied historic Grand Lodge – the senior living campus’ hub. The upgrades increased residential dining options and provide activity and learning space to gather and socialize.
The new dining options include:
- 74-seat menu service restaurant
- 82-seat casual cafe with a buffet, cook-to-order stations, and à la carte items
- 33-seat tavern
- 32-seat open-air dining terrace featuring garden views, a fire pit, and space for live music
In addition, the building’s “Main Street” corridor underwent several improvements including:
- Updates to the library
- Addition of a multi-media room which features learning space, computers, and televisions
- Updates to three studios housing arts, crafts, and baking
- Expansion to the thrift store
- Renovations to the hair salon
