Project Description
Preconstruction and construction services for the new building housing the mechanical systems and equipment needed for the integration of natural gas and hot and chilled water systems across campus.
The pre-engineered building consists of a mechanical room and transfer pad.
This building is the hub of Messiah University’s Student Enhancement Project which improves the student experience and integrates efficient and environmentally conscious energy sources throughout the campus.
