Project Description

Preconstruction and construction management services for the additions and renovations to the historic church containing the Shrine of St. John Neumann. The updates not only aesthetically improved the space, but made the church fully ADA-accessible. The renovations also included:

  • Complete fitout of lower church including a new HVAC system
  • Bathrooms
  • Crying room
  • Upper Sacristry
  • Elevator installation and addition with masonry wall shaft requiring exterior demolition and excavation
  • Timber-frame atrium lobby addition with slate roof including:
    • Glass storefront with skylights
    • Water fountain
    • Stained-glass panels
    • Tile floor
