Site improvements consisting of both landscaping and hardscaping as well as improvements to the community entry.
Project features included:
- 113-space parking lot with six electric charging stations
- Water features including a cast-in-place concrete water fountain and koi pond
- Outdoor kitchen area with gas fire pit
- Children’s playground, pickleball court, and two bocce ball courts
- Installation of a 6,000-gallon grease interceptor
